Yokomo DP & DIB Rear Battery Mount!

Development has now finished on the WHS Rear Battery Mount and is ready for sale!!

The mount has undergone many revisions to get it just right!

Pictured below was the first working prototype - whilst it worked great the side walls were just a tad low, allowing the battery to shift backward and forward.

Initial testing showed the immediate benefit of having extra weight at the rear for RWD conversions. It totally changed the characteristics of the driving style, all of a sudden the chassis became stable through big angle slides and suspension became soft and smooth.

Strength tests proved very positive, having used on track with a few rear end collisions - the mount held up with zero issues!

The final revision sees higher sidewalls, front/rear battery ports either side along with the warehouse sliders logo for that final touch!

Now the final retail version is ready to order!
